Background and Discussion:
The current Harris County Public Health executive team started to form around January 2022. We are at different stages in a senior leadership position, with various years of public health experience. This teambuilder will help define roles & responsibilities, set expectations, align our work with our agency strategy, strengthen communication, increase trust, and expedite the time it will take to execute our work as a high performing team.

Expected Impact:
There should be fewer agency silos, greater collaboration, improved communication, and agency outcomes that align with our priorities and strategy.
