Background and Discussion:
Harris County Toll Road Authority has multiple existing facilities that require evaluations, modifications, and improvements. This includes space planning, programming and assessments of current space needs, upgrading dated mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure to meet current codes, identifying non ADA compliances and deficiencies, improving the workspace health and safety, and providing a more energy- efficient, sustainability and resiliency in facilities and services.
