Background and Discussion:
The Cedar Bayou Park East and West Subdivision Drainage Improvements project site consists of subdivision drainage improvements and a stormwater detention basin located south of IH 10 from Sjolander Road to Bayou Boulevard, in east Harris County, discharging into HCFCD Channels Q113-00-00 and Q114-00-00. Major work activities include approximately 25,300 linear feet of reinforced concrete storm sewer consisting of various reinforced concrete pipe sizes, reinforced concrete box sizes, inlets, manholes, junction boxes, culvert headwall/wing wall structures, removal and reconstruction of existing driveways, and proposed detention pond.
The Change in contract request includes new items for the following:
* PCO-1. Adding additional days to the contract is needed for the contractor's additional effort of coordination with the constituents for the on-site operation during clearing and grubbing with an additional $0.00 and 2 days.
