Background and Discussion:
The current grant year (GY 2022-2023) funding ends on February 28, 2023. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is the Federal agency responsible for administering the Ryan White Program. The GY 2023-2024 Partial Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) from HRSA to Harris County is attached and will be submitted to Court by Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section.
