Background and Discussion:
The current grant year (GY 2022-2023) funding ends on February 28, 2023. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is the Federal agency responsible for administering the Ryan White Program. The GY 2023-2024 Partial Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) from HRSA to Harris County is attached and will be submitted to Court by Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section.
Expected Impact:
The current grant year base funding under the County’s Ryan White Part A grant is $23,198,771. The full Federal GY 2023-2024 Ryan White Part A grant award is anticipated to be at or near current year funding levels. The GY 2023-2024 partial Notice of Grant Award is attached and will be submitted to Court by Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section.
