Background and Discussion:

Project includes the construction of a hike and bike trail at Cypress Creek Greenway both north and south of the SH 249 underpass.

Change includes cost and time for additional drainage upstream of the trail on north side of Cypress Creek as requested by Precinct 3.

* REIMBURSEMENT OF COST AND TIME FOR ADDING 6" CONCRETE , REMOVE RIP RAP ON NORTH SIDE OF THE TRAIL, INSTALL 5" SLOPE PAVING, INSTALLATION OF DRAIN PIPE AND TYPE A INLET ($72,172.00) - 35 DAYS

Change includes time for construction of back slope swale on the back side of the retaining wall.
