Background and Discussion:
The proposed Westgreen Boulevard Segment 1 Project is a new roadway construction. The road will be a standard four lane concrete pavement within a 100-foot right-of-way and with a 32-foot median. The proposed road will connect to adjacent neighborhoods at Bent Lake Drive, Laurel Row Lane, Meadow Birch Lane, the project is concrete pavement with an underground storm sewer system. The project will include sidewalk on the western side of the ROW. The signal at Westgreen Boulevard and Clay Road will be modified to accommodate the future roadway.

Expected Impact:
The project will address current and future traffic volumes, reduce delays, provide connectivity to neighborhood destinations, improve safety for pedestrians and motorists, improve roadway conditions, and reduce flooding with drainage improvements.
