Background and Discussion:
This is a renewal agreement for Job No. 19/0127 with Alert Logic Inc. for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Managed Security (MSS) solutions for HCTRA. This agreement is for the support, review, and storing of the logs generated by critical HCTRA hardware. Alert Logic is a critical piece of our PCI compliance. They provide storage of our logs, review of the data, vulnerability scanning, and escalation of possible malicious activity.
Expected Impact:
The approval of this renewal allows HCTRA's Information Security team to focus on the escalated events, decreasing the time spent on false positives.
