Background and Discussion:
This project includes the installation of approximately 1600 linear feet of underground drainage utilities, and the reconstruction of existing pavement and driveway throughout Forest Shadow. Ninyo & Moore will provide construction materials testing services to support the project in construction.

Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt, and various other construction materials to ensure the material's compliance with Harris County Engineering Department's adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
