Background and Discussion:
Creel Country Estates is in the Spring Gully and Goose Creek watershed and in Precinct 2 in eastern Harris County. This project site is generally bounded by E Wallisville Road to the north, residential development to the west and east, and O207-01-00 to the south. Creel Country Estates is in unshaded Zone X. Portions of the existing water and wastewater systems on Lyndale Dr, Bonnieville Dr, and Cindyrella Dr need to be relocated due to utility conflicts. The scope of services includes the design of approximately 1,620 linear feet of wastewater and 1,000 linear feet of water lines. Additionally, the scope includes time spent reviewing utility conflicts and resolution options, preparing cost estimates, and meeting with the County and the Water Control & Improvement District to prepare this proposal.
