Background and Discussion:
Project includes the reconstruction of Cleburne Street, from Ennis Street to Scott Street, including new traffic signals, lighting and pedestrian features. The awarded contract amount was $10,378,513.90. The construction was completed in 2022.

This change in contract includes:
* Final item quantities adjustment to reduce the previous change in contract amount from $223,249.23 to $90,023.76. The deduction amount is $133,225.47. The final construction payment is $10,468,537.66.
