Background and Discussion:
The professional services contract was originally executed on April 28, 2015, with Zarinkelk Engineering Services, Inc. in the amount of $986,596.63. One amendment was made to the contract on May 24, 2022, in the amount of $102,270.00. This project has been mutually agreed upon for termination. An amount of $84,335.56 in unexpended funds will be returned to the County as part of the termination of the agreement.
