Background and Discussion:
Project includes completion of the second half of the concrete boulevard pavement section for Greenhouse Road, from North Approach Cypress Creek Bridges to Mound Road and Mound Road and from 458ft East of Crossland Park Lane to Greenhouse Road.

This change in contracts includes:
* Cost increase for hot mix asphaltic concrete base coarse (8-inch black base), reinforced concrete pavement (10-inch depth), reinforced concrete driveways (10-inch depth) - high early strength, reinforced concrete driveways (6-inch depth) - high early strength and lime slurry.
* Cost for installation of 8-inch solid white striping, removal of 4-inch and 24-inch striping.

Expected Impact:
Change allows the contractor to be compensated for change in price per contract and to be compensated for striping which was in the plan but missed in the bid tab.
