This project is Batch 3 of Maintenance Protects on Cypress Creek and its Tributaries; this batch covers twelve (12) sites and construction is approximately 75% complete and expected to be completed by mid-2024.
The purpose of this change order is to reconcile pay items across seven (7) project sites to address changes in field conditions. Alternative Options:
Do not approve change. This could result in project delays and potential increased costs to bring on another contractor.
