Background and Discussion:
The Houston Health Department (HHD) requested to add the Original Agreement Exhibit A, which details the Cost Schedule and breakdown of reimbursement costs to Harris County from April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. The additional cost schedule requires an amendment to the original contract and court approval. The reimbursement amount provided to Harris County from HHD does not change, nor will any additional costs be required from Harris County within the amendment.
On February 21, 2023, Commissioners Court approved an interlocal agreement with the Houston Health Department (HHD) which supports a transfer of funds from HHD to Harris County in an amount not to exceed $12,840 to reimburse Harris County for costs related to maintenance and storage of HHD data in the Equity Intelligence Platform (EIP) for the period of April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023.
