Background and Discussion:
Request for approval of the second renewal option with Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. (Primary) and Ferrovial Services Infrastructure, Inc. (Secondary) for roadway and facility management, inspection, and maintenance for the Toll Road Authority (Section I) for the period of 12/01/2022 - 11/30/2023.

This contract was awarded with no MWDBE contract goal. Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. (RJA) has made efforts to award subcontracts to minority and women-owned businesses, but many firms are undergoing the certification process. Had the firms been certified, RJA would currently be achieving 8% MWDBE participation. Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. has brought on two additional MWDBE subcontractors and is committed to 12% MWDBE participation for this renewal period.
