Background and Discussion:
This project includes right of way acquisition within the Halls Bayou Watershed for project support, to preserve channel conveyance and/or restore natural floodplains in areas subject to frequent flooding.
Expected Impact:
This tract will be used to support the Halls Ahead program for future channel improvements and provide additional floodplain storage volume.
