Background and Discussion:

Design of sidewalk along both sides of Normandy St from Woodforest St to Wallisville Rd.

 

Expected Impact:

Project scope includes construction of approximately 1100 linear feet of 4-foot-wide concrete sidewalks. Study, Design and Bid phase services provided by consultant were provided through a separate Professional Consulting Services agreement approved by Court on 05/11/2021.

 

Alternative Options:

No Build - Not considered viable as project has been already approved via ePermits, is ready for bid, and would result in sunk costs for design work already completed.
