Background and Discussion:

Amendment to a previously executed agreement with Orsat, LLC for air monitoring services and related items at Friendship Park for Pollution Control Services that will establish an automated gas chromatograph air monitoring site. This amendment is for the addition of all necessary electrical work to establish electric service to the air monitoring site at a cost not to exceed $19,000.

Expected Impact:

The automated gas chromatograph will provide continuous volatile organic compound measurements of air toxics such as benzene and 1,3 butadiene in the Seabrook area. The amendment will ensure timely installation of electrical services.
