Background and Discussion:
Project includes reconstruction of the existing Crosby Lynchburg Road from the existing asphalt road to a concrete five-lane roadway with curb and gutter. Change includes removal and disposal of oversized boat dumped within the project limits, a new bid item for installation of a crash cushion and an additional amount of 48" reinforced concrete pipe. Change also includes time to complete this additional work.
Expected Impact:
Changes allow the project to be completed in accordance with the original intent of the project and to allow the Contractor time to complete this additional work without penalty.
