Background and Discussion:

 

Project includes reconstruction of the existing Crosby Lynchburg Road from the existing asphalt road to a concrete five-lane roadway with curb and gutter.  Change includes removal and disposal of oversized boat dumped within the project limits, a new bid item for installation of a crash cushion and an additional amount of 48” reinforced concrete pipe.  Change also includes time to complete this additional work.

 

Expected Impact:

 

Changes allow the project to be completed in accordance with the original intent of the project and to allow the Contractor time to complete this additional work without penalty.

Reduce the scope of work to eliminate the need for the additional items of work.
