Background and Discussion:
Construction of underground utilities and ditches in the Beaumont Place Subdivision.

Expected Impact:
Constructing underground utilities and drainage ditches will improve drainage, thereby improving mobility and safety for all road users and flood resiliency for all adjacent properties.
