Background and Discussion:
This Contract Change is the consolidation of several changes at 2 different sites as detailed hereinafter; (1) Almeda earthwork pay item quantities are being adjusted to match the surveyed quantities; and pay items are adjusted to match the final quantities of work performed as agreed between HCFCD and the Contractor. (2) Buffalo Speedway earthwork pay item quantities are being adjusted to match the surveyed quantities; and pay items are adjusted to match the final quantities of work performed as agreed between HCFCD and the Contractor.

Expected Impact:
This RCA is required to complete the District construction contract under original or needed revised scope.

Alternative Options:
This is an active construction contract, so there are not many alternatives to approving a change order other than cancelling the contract which is not recommended as doing so would substantially delay the remaining work in the construction contract.
