Background and Discussion:
The purpose of this change in contract is to extend the contract time by adding 74 days for inclement weather experienced by the Contractor in accordance with provisions in the contract. This results in a net increase of $0 to the contract and 74 days added to the contract duration.
Expected Impact:
This RCA is required to complete the District construction contract under original or needed revised scope. Timely execution is appreciated in order to mitigate any potential delays from the contractor.
Alternative Options:
