Concrete roadway and paving subgrade reconstruction on various locations throughout the Spring Camp Area in Harris County Precinct 4.
Expected Impact:
Reconstructing these roadways will improve pavement conditions, thereby improving mobility and safety for all road users. This purchase order will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials.
