Background and Discussion:
The feasibility study and conceptual design effort would focus on two potential reservoir locations within the Spring Creek watershed. This project is proposed as a continuation of the Spring Creek Siting Study, which is currently being completed as a sub-task to the San Jacinto Regional Watershed Master Drainage Plan project being performed by the Flood Control District and supported by the San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) and other regional partners.
