Background and Discussion:
On February 9, 2021, Harris County Commissioners Court allocated $934,877.00 in PY2021 CDBG funds to 14 eligible Subrecipients to provide partial funding for the operation of programs that meet the public service needs of low-to moderate-income persons and families in Harris County.
Additionally, a total of $407,731.00 in PY2021 ESG Program funds was allocated to six (6) eligible Subrecipient Organizations to provide partial funding for the operation of six (6) programs which meet the service needs of homeless persons and families.
