Background and Discussion:
The TWC data exchange request form will provide the approval to initiate the process of the renewal of the current contract with TWC which terms October 31, 2021. TWC provides PHS with access to confidential Agency data to assist in determining eligibility for public assistance/services.
Expected Impact:
The approval of the TWC data exchange request form will allow us to renew the contract with TWC to access confidential Agency data to assist in determining eligibility for patients requesting family planning and dental services. Services provided are to improve overall health and quality of life by implementing preventative and responsive public health strategies, providing access to affordable and high-quality health care, and addressing the social determinants of health to eliminate disparities and achieve health equity.
