Background and Discussion:
The County advertised Intersection Improvement - W. Cypress Forest Drive at Cypresswood Drive - 2023 project for bid and now seeks to award the construction contract based on the lowest and responsive bidder. The goal of constructing the subject project is to extend the existing box culverts using concrete collars to a length that the guard rail can be removed and regrade the ditches with safe slopes that Precinct 3 can maintain. Environmental Allies, LLC is qualified to perform these construction services.
