Background and Discussion:
This project includes the installation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of four lane concrete pavement and underground drainage utilities. Alliance Laboratories, Inc. will provide construction materials testing services to support the project in construction.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials to ensure the material's compliance with Harris County Engineering Department's adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
