Background and Discussion:
Project includes mowing services in Tomball Zone - Precinct 4. An additional amount is being requested to pay the extra mowing service demanded by the Precinct due to the overgrowth of vegetations. The contract is being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Engineering Department.
Expected Impact:
This change in contract will not impact the mowing service within the Precinct.
Alternative Options:
A new purchase order is issued to the vendor to continue with the project in accordance with the original scope for a six-month extension.
