Background and Discussion:
The High Meadows and Fairgreen Subdivision Drainage Improvements project site consists of subdivision drainage improvements located High Meadows and Fairgreen subdivisions, located west of John F. Kennedy
Boulevard, east of Russ Drive, north of Aldine Mail Route Road and south of Lauder Road., in east Harris
County; discharging into HCFCD Channel P138-01-01.

The Change in contract request includes new items, additional quantities of existing items and deduction from existing items as noted below for the following:
* Removal and replacement of existing slope paving and swap the proposed 36-inch Corrugated Metal Pipe with 36-inch Reinforced concrete pipe - The latest Harris County Flood Control spec does not allow CMP to pass through concrete slope paving and outfall in the channel. Deducted 61 linear foot from line item #34 - 36-inch corrugated metal pipe, additional quantity for line item #31 by 65 linear foot of 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe, added new line item#86 for removal and replacement of slope paving, deducted line item #73 (well pointing) by 564.29 linear fo...
