Background and Discussion:
This project is located approximately 0.7 miles north from FM 1960 Road E, east of Cypresswood Drive, and west of Lee Road. The scope of this project includes the addition of new inlets, new storm sewer, upsizing storm sewer, the relocation of conflicting utilities, the replacement of affected sidewalk, driveways, concrete pavement, and curbs at two locations within the Foxwood Subdivision to the Harris County standards.
The Change in contract request includes new items for the following:
* PCO - 1 Relocation of Existing Utilities - Added New Item "Relocation of Existing Utilities (8" Waterline & Fire Hydrant)" - additional cost for the amount $5,105.10 and added 0 days. The contractor, Aranda Industries LLC, located and exposed the existing utilities in preparation for the relocation. Upon learning Hunter Glen's MUD (MOC - Municipal Operations & Consulting Inc.) would be assuming responsibility for the fire hydrant relocation, the contractor backfilled the excavated area.
