Background and Discussion:
Harris County Peden Building is a complete renovation located at 600 North San Jacinto Street, modernization of three hydraulic passenger elevators and installation of new floodproofing. This change in contract entails added costs associated with the Harris County Fire Marshall's review and comments. Revisions to address partition door and frame alignments, exit sign modifications, fire pump wiring for new switchgear, and additional concrete flooring repairs on levels 1-4. As well as level 1 floor finish.
