Background and Discussion:
Design and construct the northbound bridge and approaches along Greenhouse Road over Cypress Creek. The project limits are from 0.3 miles north of Winding Willow Oak Way to 0.3 miles south of Mound Rd which will primarily consist of a bridge that is 1,800 feet in length. This proposed bridge typical section will be a mirror image of the existing southbound bridge with identical bridge features. The existing bridge length is also approximately 1,800 feet with 17 spans and includes a 20-foot approach slab at each end.

Expected Impact:
The Commissioner's Court approval of this will enable the necessary ROW acquisition needed to proceed with the construction of the bridge along Greenhouse Road over Cypress Creek.

Alternative Options:
An alternative would be to not proceed with the design and construction of the northbound bridge.
