Background and Discussion:
Harris County Public Health (HCPH) would like to enter into this interlocal agreement (ILA) with the City of Houston (CoH) to plan and attend monthly meetings to discuss current collaborations, as well as opportunities for future collaboration.
Expected Impact:
Areas for potential collaborations between HCPH and CoH that have been identified include:
* Align community-wide planning
* Establish a community-wide coordinating council or body that includes HCPH, Houston Health Department (HHD), and other partners
