Background and Discussion:
Harris County Public Health (HCPH) currently has a Data Usage Agreement (DUA) and contract with UTSPH that allows HCPH to send COVID-19 testing and case-related data to UTSPH for analysis to inform our COVID- 19 testing operations. This analysis seeks to answer the questions bivalent booster vaccine uptake trends, breakthrough COVID-19 reinfections, and Long COVID. UTSPH has provided HCPH with a deeper understanding of our data than we could do alone. Also, at HCPH's request, UTSPH has provided analysis with a health equity lens, consistent with our cornerstone value of Equity. Their insights will be used for public health education, communication, outreach, and improvement of testing, epidemiological, and vaccination operations.

Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow UTSPH to continue to provide timely analysis for HCPH to make data-driven decisions. It will also benefit HCPH and the Harris County Community when we pivot from response to recovery; UTSPH has the ability to provide deep insights into this pandemic that will help us prepare for the next one.
