Background and Discussion:
The County engaged Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. in 2022, and now seeks Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. to facilitate the study and design of a standard four (4) lane concrete boulevard. The goal of studying and designing Tanner Rd - from W. Sam Houston Pkwy N frontage to Triway Ln. is to replace the existing 2-lane asphalt roadway with a 4-lane concrete boulevard and improve mobility in the area. Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. is qualified to perform these professional services. The firm is registered with the Harris County Engineering Department Professional Services Registry. Respondent will continue to make good faith efforts for the life of the contract to meet or exceed the 20% MWBE contract goal.

Expected Impact:
The project will address current and future traffic volumes, reduce delays, and provide safe mobility for residents, pedestrians and drivers.
