Background and Discussion: The County engaged BGE, Inc. in 2014, and now seeks BGE, Inc., to facilitate the re-design of a standard four (4) lane concrete boulevard. BGE, Inc. is qualified to perform these professional services. The firm is registered with the Harris County Engineering Department Professional Services Registry.
