Background and Discussion:
The project is located in the City of Houston limits and is a joint participation project with Buffalo Bayou Partnership. To date, Commissioner Court actions include an Authorization to Negotiate with Scientech Engineers, Inc. and an Interlocal Agreement with Buffalo Bayou Partnership.
Expected Impact:
Scientech Engineers Inc. will provide at the conclusion of the Study Phase a Preliminary Engineering Report outlining the proposed work to be designed for the reconstruction of Navigation Boulevard. This project will include the addition of a recreational trail, roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements and landscaping.
