Background and Discussion:
Project includes construction of a traffic signal system on Aldine Westfield Road at Sciaaca Road.
Changes include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. Added and deducted items include conduit, cable and traffic control. Change also includes 33 days due to utility conflicts with AT&T and Centerpoint Energy.
