Background and Discussion:
George H. W. Bush Community Center is a complete renovation of 24,000 square feet of and A3 occupancy building to include offices, classrooms, lobby, multi-purpose rooms, ancillary spaces exterior cladding, and MEP. This change in contract entails added costs associated with millwork changes, existing roof gutter repairs, as well as fire sprinkler modifications with 10 additional calendar days.
