Background and Discussion:
Project includes construction of a traffic signal system at West Road at Miramesa Drive. Changes include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes (major reduced items include wheelchair ramps and traffic control. Change also includes an additional 123 days. This project was constructed within the limits of an on-going roadway construction project at the request of the Precinct. The work on this project was halted until the roadway project was completed within this location.
Expected Impact:
Changes allow unused funds to be transferred back to the Precinct. It also allows the extension of contract time to complete the roadway project at the same location.
