Background and Discussion:
This contract for A/E Professional Services of Huitt-Zollars and consultants for design services for the Sheldon Health Hub that consists of the renovation of the existing ROTC building on the campus of C.E. King MS at 8530 C. E. King Pkwy., Houston, TX 77044.
This particular project HCPH will be leasing the existing ROTC building from Sheldon Independent School District on a long term basis. The scope of work will basically be interior renovations of the existing facility with exterior canopy addition improvements to fit the programmatic goals and functional needs of the facility.

Expected Impact:
The goal of this project is to implement a community-based health services program which includes mobile health services, new wellness centers, and health hubs to provide affordable, convenient, high quality healthcare services to Harris County residents most in need.
