Background and Discussion:
The June 14, 2022 Commissioners Court approved the negotiation with Alliance Transportation Group, Inc. to help implement the All-Electronic Tolling program. The Toll Road Authority (TRA) intends to enlist the professional services of qualified engineers to provide engineering and planning services required to study corridor and area-wide travel demand, including traffic forecasting and origin-destination analysis and system operations analysis. The work to be performed by the engineers consists of current and future travel demand for proposed improvements related to the Hardy Toll Road Segment #8, in Harris County.

Expected Impact:
The professional service contract will permit HCTRA to support the system planning, engineering, sustainability, tolling, and development of business rules for the conversion to All-Electronic Tolling.
