Background and Discussion:
As part of the implementation of the All-Electronic Tolling program, the Toll Road Authority (TRA) intends to enlist the professional services of Cobb Fendley, & Associates, Inc. to provide engineering and planning services required to provide corridor and area-wide H&H analysis. The work to be performed by Cobb Fendley, & Associates, Inc. consist of preparing H&H studies and reports to support the proposed improvements within the Harris County Toll Road county-wide.

Expected Impact:
The professional service contract will permit HCTRA to support the system planning and engineering, for the conversion to All-Electronic Tolling. Moreover, the H&H study will help determine if improvements to stream crossings could enhance the flood resiliency for the region.
