Background and Discussion:
This Contract Change is for additional time of 20 days for the delay of approval of Change in Contract-0002 and 11 inclement weather days in excess of the number included in the contract. This Contract Change will increase the current contract time to 419 days and extend the contractual substantial completion date to approximately September 25, 2022.

Expected Impact:
This RCA is required to complete the District construction contract under original or needed revised scope.

Alternative Options:
This is an active construction contract, so there are not many alternatives to approving a change order other than cancelling the contract which is not recommended as doing so would substantially delay the remaining work in the construction contract.

Alignment with Goal(s):
_ Justice and Safety
_ Economic Opportunity
_ Housing
_ Public Health
_ Transportation
X Flooding
_ Environment
