Background and Discussion:
Original courtroom technology was 15 years old, outdated and unusable. The four (4) probate courts received approval for use of the Judicial Fund to cover project costs. Supplemental funds are needed to cover additional and unforeseen costs that were associated with the completion of the project.
Expected Impact:
This request is for all Probate Courts, each listed below. The financial impact to the current fiscal year is included. The source of funding is the Probate Judicial Maintenance Fund. All remaining expenditures will flow through Probate Court 1 but will be allocated equally as described below.
