Background and Discussion:
The Renovation of the Distribution Center at the Michael Talbot Service Center for Harris County Flood Control District project builds new office space and a new Emergency Operations Center. This sub-project provides furniture for the new office space and new Emergency Operations Center. Bids were received from three cooperative agreement vendors. Request by the Office of the Purchasing Agent for approval of Omnia Contract and The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) purchase on the on the basis of low quote from Workplace Solutions in the amount of $144,681.42 for office furniture for the renovated Distribution Center at the Michael Talbot Service Center for Harris County Flood Control District.
