The project will transform key areas along Wallisville Road and Woodforest Boulevard in North Shore into vibrant, community centered spaces using large scale public art and creative infrastructure. Pct2 supports Harris County's diverse communities (businesses and individuals) to experience the encouragement, promotion, improvement, and application of the arts.
